Patient privacy... What would you do?

We all know we have constitutional and privacy rights that ought to be protected by HIPPA!  What if the hospital sends you a letter stating; "We discharged your name and account #/ history to another patient; however; we did not disclose your diagnosis".

Last time I was hospitalized I was given discharge instructions with treatment of diagnosis and follow up instructions.
