Festival of Jewish Music is Dec. 9

Join the Jewish Federation for a Hanukkah Celebration.

Celebrate the first day of Hanukkah with the 5th annual Festival of Jewish Music hosted by the Jewish Federation of the Greater San Gabriel and Pomona Valleys.

The festival's centerpiece is a concert featuring Jewish music performed by youth and adult choirs, Kol HaEmek and the Jewish Federation’s Youth Symphony Orchestra, along with a surprise artist.

"The Jewish Federation works hard to not only serve as the Jewish voice for the community, but also to find and create opportunities for local Jews to come together," says Jason Moss, Executive Director of the Jewish Federation. "For the past 4 years, this one event has become a community favorite.”

“In a community like ours,” Moss continued, “the Festival of Jewish Music, taking place on the first day of Hanukkah this year, gives community members a chance to celebrate their Jewishness at a time of year when they are inundated with sleigh bells and reindeer!”

The concert takes place Dec. 9 from 3-5:30 p.m. at the Jewish Federation, 550 S. Second Avenue in Arcadia.
