Arcadia Patch Fit Club is Tuesday

We will walk the track at Arcadia High School.

Why wait until Jan. 1 to get in shape? Get a head start on your New Year's resolution and join the newly-formed Arcadia Patch Fit Club.

For our second meeting, we will gather Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 5:15 p.m. to walk the track at Arcadia High School. We will want to get walking no later than 5:30 p.m., to make sure everyone can get home in time to have dinner with their families.

It doesn't matter whether you've just given birth, never exercised a day in your life or are a seasoned marathon runner. People of ALL fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to join. This is not an Ironman competition (we promise!).

It's just friends and neighbors getting together to support each other in living a healthier lifestyle. In addition to meeting up once a week to walk or hike together, we'll share recipes and fitness tips.

Bring your babies, friends, relatives and spouses. The more the merrier, we say. What better way to kick off this festive season?
