What Spooky Creatures Lurk in the Arboretum Garden After Dark?

If you've ever wondered about the creatures that lurk in the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden at night, you now have a chance to see them first-hand.

Take a docent-led Halloween jaunt through the garden after dark Oct. 27 and check out the scary things nature as to offer.

"Being able to see the arboretum at night is very unusual," Arboretum spokesperson Nancy Yoshihara said. "It's being able to explore the Arboretum at night. That's the whole attract of it."

The evening also includes Halloween crafts for kids, among other fun activities. Rumor has it an owl may even join in on the festivities...
