Summer is just around the corner. And for most of us Arcadians, it's the time where we want to look our best. So, I will be posting one tip each week for four weeks on how you can best achieve your fitness goals for the summer.

Tip no. 1 Eat at home

If you're like me, then you enjoy the many restaurants that Arcadia has to offer. But if you're trying to get into shape for the summer, you are going to have to make some sacrifices. One of them is eating at home.

One of the main benefits of eating at home is that you have much better control of your calories, which is especially important if you are on a regimented nutrition plan. Many restaurants serve food that are high in calories and fat and make it difficult to adhere to a healthy eating plan. So, it would be a great benefit for you to break out the grill early and start making your food at home. It will consume time, but it will definitely be worth it.
