Arcadia's own is one of the top 10 Chinese food restaurants in the United States, accountant/attorney-cum-food critic David R. Chan says.
And he should know.
Though he doesn't speak Mandarin or even use chopsticks, Chan has dined at over 6,000 Chinese restaurants and keeps a spreadsheet on his forays into the cuisine of "The Middle Kingdom" that dates back to 1951, according to L.A. Weekly.
Din Tai Fung is the only Shanghai-style restaurant to make Chan's list and ranked a respectable six.
