Local Chinese Breakfast Chain to Open Arcadia Location

The restaurant will feature Taiwanese-style Chinese breakfast dishes such as twisted salty soy milk and sticky rice roll.

A local Taiwanese-style Chinese breakfast chain will open its newest location in the Arcadia Plaza strip mall on Duarte Road.

Four Sea Restaurant, which has locations in Hacienda Heights and Irvine, features popular traditional Chinese breakfast dishes such as twisted salty soy milk and sticky rice roll.

Owner Steven Ma told Patch he hopes to hold the restaurant's grand opening in May or early June. Four Sea, Ma says, will serve a niche market.
