Starbucks in Arcadia Gets Approval to Expand

A local Starbucks will be moving into the property next to it and increasing its seating capacity.

The Arcadia Planning Commission approved a proposal this week allowing the Starbucks on Naomi Avenue to expand, according to a city planner.

The coffee shop will take over the adjacent space formerly occupied by a nail salon in the 700 block of Naomi, a planning agenda report states.

The Starbucks will expand from 893 square feet to 1,513 square feet under the plan. The current space has 17 seats available and that will increase to 32 seats.

The store's hours will be 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
