One of the things I love about Pasadena is the opportunity to discover something new all the time. Today, I want to make you aware of a unique dining experience. If you're looking for elegant dining, the restaurant Technique is worth your attention.

Technique is operated by Le Cordon Bleu, a culinary school in Pasadena. The students prepare and serve the food, providing them hands-on learning. Meanwhile, the public has the opportunity to sample fine dining by aspiring chefs who may one day take the culinary scene by storm.

Technique is a full-service restaurant, but it also offers a lighter menu or takeout in its casual, European-style café. It serves soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts and daily specials. Additionally, Technique can do catering, buffets, private parties, meetings, receptions and other events.
