Twelve beautifully decorated homes grace this year's list of winners.
City officials released the addresses of the winners of its annual holiday decoration contest.
The winners will receive a visit from Mayor Bob Harbicht and the Santa Brigade on Thursday. They were chosen from a list of nominees submitted by Arcadia residents.
