(Photo) Where in Arcadia is Patch?

See you if you can guess where in Arcadia Patch is.

Patch was out and about the other day and snapped a partial photo of this building. Can you guess what building this is and where?

Got a clue? Tell us in the comments.

Look closely. There are some features that will give the building's identity away. And I'm just going to leave it at that.

Anyone have any guesses? Look closely at the inside of building behind the glass. That should give you a clue!

Well, I'm not that knowledgeable about Arcadia and I've been known to lack the availability to describe, in general terms, my own landscaping, so I won't be winning any prizes here. But I know how to zoom in my graphic program... I'm trying to figure out what that rectangle is in the upper right corner. A street sign? Traffic light? Am I getting the depth of field wrong? And, unless there's a higher res pic somewhere, no way can I see what that note on the door says. I NEED ANOTHER HINT! lol

I can't tell what's reflection and what's actually on the other side of the glass!

LOL Sandra, what graphic program? That is awesome! Ok, I'll give you a clue. If you look inside, the glass, you will notice something important about the building. I'd say more, but I'm afraid if I do, I'd give it away and ruin the fun.

And the rectangular object you speak of is a traffic light : ) p.s. We've published a few stories about this particular building on Patch.

I've used Paint Shop Pro since 1998 which does most of what Photoshop does, but WAY cheaper. Ok, I saw the brick wall earlier (if that's what you mean), but it doesn't ring any bells with me. I'm guessing by the door's (reflection) handle, it's a building's external door. Maybe it will for someone who actually pays attention to the world around them. ;o) Ok, I won't ask for any more hints - don't want to ruin it for someone else!

Dear Editor: Is there a prize involved? :)
Natalie Ragus (Editor) October 07, 2012 at 06:16 PM
LOL Not this time around, Betty. Maybe for next week's challenge. It's more for the fun of it. And Sandra, not quite : ) The hint is if you look inside the glass, you can see the building is mostly, but not quite entirely finished. But almost, almost finished. And I'm not sayin' anything more ; )

Is it the Dana gym?
Natalie Ragus (Editor) October 07, 2012 at 07:39 PM
Jennifer, you are hot on the trail!! It's not the Dana gym, but it IS on the campus of one of our schools.
