Arcadia Police officers tried to chase off a bear in the 2200 block of Highland Oaks Drive Tuesday afternoon but the bear ignored air horns and other distractions to feast on a meal of garbage, KTLA reports.

"The bear dragged away a trash bag before running off into the hills," reporter Kimberly Cheng said.
