Volunteer Stewardship Event @ Rio Vista Park

Join Amigos de los Rios THIS Saturday at the beautiful Rio Vista Park in El Monte, CA. We'll be caring for the native plants, trash pick and restoring the nature/exercise trail. Rio Vista is a beautiful park with a fitness/nature trail, interpretive signage and also features a section honoring the Tongva people who were the original inhabitants of the region.

At the event, we will supply all of the tools, snacks and water for volunteers. All you have to bring is the elbow grease.lol  Be sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
