Arcadia Bomb Suspect's Hearing Delayed to Aug. 30

Joshua Parra-Davis entered a not guilty plea to felony charges of possessing an explosive device in a public place.

A pre-trial hearing for Joshua Parra-Davis, who is suspected of  near  in January, was again pushed back earlier this week, this time to Aug. 30, according to officials from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office.

Parra-Davis, a 23-year-old Arcadia resident, pleaded not guilty last month to four felony counts. He faces up to 19 years in prison if convicted on three counts of "felony possession of an explosive device near certain places" and one count of "felony possession of a destructive device near certain places."
