Armed Robbers Allegedly Steal Cash and Pizza from Arcadia Pizza Hut

One of the suspects allegedly pulled a knife. The other allegedly grabbed a pizza.

Two men made off with cash and pizza after robbing a local Pizza Hut Thursday night, police said.

The two men entered the restaurant in the 100 block of E. Live Oak Avenue at about 7:44 p.m., Arcadia Police Lt. Tom Cullen said. One of the men pulled a knife and told the clerk to empty the cash register. The other man had different priorities.

"They entered the business, one displayed a knife and demanded money while the other demanded pizza," Cullen said.

The suspects took about $100 and a single pizza, Cullen said.

The first suspect was described as a male Hispanic in his 40s, about 5-foot-4, 100 pounds wearing a baseball cap and a dark blue t-shirt, Cullen said. He had tattoos on his left arm. The second suspect was also described as a male Hispanic in his 40s, 5-foot-5, and 150 pounds. He had a goatee and was wearing a blue Dodgers baseball cap.
