A juvenile was assaulted and robbed of his cell phone by gang member on Saturday night on Baldwin Avenue near the intersection of Las Tunas Drive, according to the Arcadia Police Department crime blotter.
The victim was grabbed from behind while he was walking southbound on Baldwin, then punched in the face by three male claiming to be from the El Monte Flores street gang.
After being punched, the victim fell to the ground and partially lost consciousness. The suspects ran off with his phone, according to the blotter.
Arcadia Fire treated the victim on scene and transported him to Arcadia Methodist Hospital for evaluation.
