Driver in Crosswalk Death Pleads Not Guilty

Arcadia man faces felony vehicular manslaughter charge in death of Arcadia High student.

An Arcadia man l student pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Tuesday morning at Pasadena Courthouse.

Arcadia Police cited the dirty windshield of the 1997 Lexus Du was driving as evidence of negligence.

Du will next appear in court on July 12 for the setting of the preliminary hearing, according to Du's attorney, Evan P. Freed.
