Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on 210 Freeway

The victim, a man, is pronounced dead at the scene at 3:53 a.m. by Arcadia Fire Department personnel, Kimball said.

A motorcyclist was killed in a single-vehicle crash this morning on a freeway onramp near the border of Pasadena and an unincorporated area near Arcadia, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was reported around 3:40 a.m. on the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway onramp from northbound Rosemead Boulevard, said CHP Officer Patrick Kimball.

The victim, a man, was pronounced dead at the scene at 3:53 a.m. by Arcadia Fire Department personnel, Kimball said.

The onramp was closed and a SigAlert was issued at 4:10 a.m., according to the CHP.

Both the Arcadia and Pasadena fire departments responded.
