(Photos) Arcadia Detective Plays Santa to Hospitalized Children

Det. Mike Hale flew in by helicopter to deliver presents to children in the pediatric ward at Huntington Memorial Hospital.

Arcadia Police Detective Mike Hale arrived by helicopter to deliver presents to sick children at Huntington Memorial Hospital. He then drove a police unit to Hathaway Sycamores Children's Home in Altadena to deliver presents to children there.

Hale is a tactical flight officer with the Foothills Air Support Team, which provides air support services for public safety agencies in various San Gabriel Valley cities.
