The reports blacked out signals at Santa Anita/Campus-California. Motorists are advised to use caution and stop at inoperative signals.
According to Southern California Edison's outage map, 377 customers are without power in the area and "equipment problems" are being noted as the cause. SCE techs are currently testing the lines to limit the number of people affected.
