Traffic Collision Ties Up Intersection

Huntington Drive and Sunset Boulevard were congested with traffic following a two-car collision. Minor injuries were reported.

The intersection of Huntington Drive and Sunset Boulevard in Arcadia was snarled with traffic following a two-car collision Saturday afternoon that left minor injuries to those involved, according to the Arcadia Police Department.

The collision was called in shortly after 4 p.m., said Lt. Paul Foley of the Arcadia Police Department, with units leaving a little more than an hour later.

"We initially got word that someone was trapped in a vehicle, but when we got there, everyone had gotten out," he said. "(The crash) was more a traffic issue than a physical issue."
