Updated: Biker Injured in Lake Avenue Traffic Accident
A car collided with a biker at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Pine Street, according to the California Highway Patrol log.
An ambulance was dispatched to the intersection of Lake Avenue and Pine Street Monday morning following a collision involving a cyclist and a car, according to California Highway Patrol logs.
The accident was reported at 8:26 a.m., according to the log.
Patch columnist Karin Bugge, who passed the site of the accident shortly after, reports that the cyclist was being loaded into the ambulance around 8:40 a.m.

Update: Officers on the scene of the accident described the biker's injuries as "minor," according to Officer Francisco Villalobos of the California Highway Patrol.
