UPDATE: Vehicle Fire at 24 Fitness

UPDATE, 5:11 p.m.: The estimated loss is $8,000, fire officials said. The Lexus involved in the fire was next  to two other vehicles, which had minor damage.

Original: Arcadia firefighters are still on scene of a vehicle fire that took place in the 24 Hour Fitness parking structure Wednesday afternoon.

The flames broke out around 2:50 p.m. Battalion Chief Barry Spriggs said firefighters put the flames, which were contained to one vehicle, out within ten minutes. 

There was no damage to the building or injuries reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
