Advisory: 210 Eastbound Closure Tuesday Night

Parts of the eastbound 210 freeway will be closed Tuesday as construction crews work on the foundation of a bridge for the Gold Line.

The Gold Line Construction Authority is alerting San Gabriel Valley residents again that parts of the 210 freeway will be closed Tuesday night while construction continues on a bridge in Arcadia.

Onramps at Rosemead Boulevard, Michillinda Avenue, and Baldwin Avenue will be closed off to traffic beginning at 9 p.m., according to the GLCA.As many as three lanes may be closed beginning at 11 p.m. All lanes will be fully closed at midnight. Traffic will be detoured onto Foothill Boulevard.

Two lanes will reopen at 5 a.m. Wednesday and the eastbound lanes will reopen fully at 6 a.m.

More "tentative" closures of the same on-ramps at the same times are planned for Wednesday night and Thursday morning depending on the weather and construction progress.
