Arcadia to Choose New Mayor Tuesday Night
Outgoing Mayor Robert Harbicht will be honored by several different speakers before a new mayor is chosen amongst the City Council.
The Arcadia City Council will choose a new mayor Tuesday evening during the council's regular meeting.
Several speakers will give presentations in honor of outgoing Mayor Robert Harbicht before the city clerk calls for the election of the mayor and mayor pro-tem positions, according to a council agenda report.
The mayor is elected by the City Council to a one-year term.
