The Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority will host a meeting Tuesday for communities impacted by the Colorado Bridge construction.
The meeting begins promptly at 6 p.m. with a 15- to 20-minute presentation. Attendees can then walk around and ask Gold Line officials questions.
Once the Colorado Bridge is finished in April, work will begin on the Santa Anita Bridge, which is scheduled for completion at the end of October. Construction will shutdown brieftly to avoid interference with the 2013 Breeders' Cup at Santa Anita Park on Nov. 1 and 2. Then, crews will begin work to expand the existing bridge on Huntington Drive at Second Street.
