Monday, Feb. 18 is Presidents' Day, a federal holiday, so many agencies and businesses are closed. Not malls, of course, but here is a partial list of closures that affect Arcadians:
- Post offices; no mail delivery today
- Arcadia Public Library is closed
- County offices are closed
- Banks and financial institutions are closed
- City Hall and all city offices will be closed
Changes in service for the holiday:
- No trash pick up; it will be delayed a day
