Traffic: 210 Closure Scheduled for Early Tuesday

The latest freeway closure in the Metro Gold Line Foothill extension project will begin at midnight. How will this affect your commute?

The Arcadia Police Department released the following information Monday about the next 210 freeway closure:

The Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Project is planning a full closure of the eastbound IS 210 Freeway at midnight Monday, April 16, 2012. The closure will be in place through 5 a.m. Tuesday morning. Lanes will be reduced in the area of Rosemead Boulevard and the closure will be commence at Baldwin Avenue to Santa Anita Avenue.

Please use alternate routes if possible and your patience is appreciated. Traffic will be diverted to Foothill Boulevard through the the City of Arcadia.
