Why do only the most expensive homes get shown? For almost 2 million-like a lot of "expensive" homes in Arcadia, it has poor landscaping and not much of a yard.

Hey Judith, This is just supposed to be a fun weekly column about exorbitant homes in Arcadia. And I agree. The home needs more landscaping. And the realtor needs to post more information on the listing. There was virtually no info (not even how many bathrooms the house has).

That is Arcadia for you. Huge homes and virtually no lawns. I would rather have a huge yard to run around in!

Actually, that's south Arcadia for you. North Arcadia has better taste than that. We have lots of trees. I think it's because we have a strong Architectural Review Board. They don't allow over-building.
