At nearly $6.99 million, the house at 830 Singingwood Drive in Arcadia retails for about $693 per square foot. It won the city's annual holiday decoration  contest in December.

Inside, the 10,091 square-foot Georgian Colonial-style house, built in 2008, boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and several fire places. However, the real highlights of the home include: A magnificent grand entry hall and sweeping staircase, stunning views and a dormitory.

Additional features include a gameroom and a walk-in pantry.
