Philip Rocha placed fourth amongst his Arcadia High School teammates in the Nike Cross National Championships, held Dec. 1 in Portland, Ore. He placed 49th overall in the meet.
In honor of his stunning performance, which propeled his team to a first-place finish at the NXN Championships, Runner's World recently named Rocha its High School Athlete of the Week.
