"We are exceptionally proud of our students and the work of our teachers and staff," Arcadia Superintendent Joel Shawn said. "School is very important to the Arcadia community and our 0 dropout rate can be attributed  to this value, our students' focus on achievement, and the attention our teachers give to our students."

By contrast, the state had a 13.2 percent dropout rate and the Los Angeles Unified School District had a 20.3 percent dropout rate.
