Reverse Mortgage Presentation

Arcadia Senior Services in partnership with AARP is proving a presentation on Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (also known as a Reverse Mortgage) on Tuesday, September 20 from 1:30pm-3pm at the Arcadia Community Center, located at 365 Campus Drive.

This workshop is intended for homeowners who may be “House Rich and Cash Poor” and the reverse mortgage alternative may be an option for your specific need. Participants will learn new ways to convert some of the equity in their home into cash and remain living in their home for life.
