Arcadia Unified School District ranks in the top 10 percent of districts statewide, according to a recent California Comprehensive Center at West End study. Called "Raising Boat," the study aims to increase understanding of a school district's role in students' success.
The study ranked 307 California school districts based on an achievement index that measure's a district's academic achievement against its demographics. It then took six of the highest performing districts and analyzed those districts' success.
Arcadia ranked in the top 30 of the districts studied.
