VIDEO: Arcadia High's Guys and Dolls Hit Santa Anita Park

Santa Anita Park shares the stage with the cast of Arcadia High's latest production.

On one of its biggest days of the year, took a few minutes to raise awareness for Theatre Department’s latest production.

Moments after Saturday's third race, the fully-costumed cast of AHS’s Guys and Dolls hit the Winner’s Circle for a picture while Santa Anita's legendary P.A. announcer Trever Denman told the crowd about the musical's performance dates. Arcadia Mayor and Council Member also took time from their busy schedules to pose with the talented thespians.

Bill Clark, a parent volunteer with the drama department, credits Santa Anita's Pete Siberell with putting the event together. That the cast appeared in front of a large crowd on the day that saw the 74th running of the Santa Anita Handicap bodes well for strong ticket sales.

Editor's Note: That noise in the background of the video isn’t feedback, it’s the splish splash of Santa Anita Park’s waterfall.
