Summer Concerts Kick Off with 1st Marine Division Band
Da Burger Boss Gourmet Food Truck will be on hand during Arcadia's summer Concerts in the Park.

The 1st Marine Division Band will open Arcadia's 2012 summer Concert in the Park series July 5. The 1st Marine Division Band is based out of Camp Pendleton and consists of 50 Marine musicians.
The band makes over 300 appearances a year. It has performed at former President Gerald Ford's state funeral, the Rose Parade, Disneyland's
Independence Day concerts and annual concerts at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido.

Arcadia's free seven-week concert series showcases a wide variety of musical performances ranging from jazz to classic rock.
Concerts take place Thursday evenings from 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. on the West Lawn of the City Hall building at 240 West Huntington Drive. Bring a blanket or lawn chair for seating on the grass and enjoy a picnic dinner during the show.

Kids of all ages will be entertained in the kids’ fun zone area which hosts games and crafts.
Also, the City is pleased to announce the addition of da Burger Boss Gourmet Food Truck at all of the 2012 Summer Concert Series. A portion of the proceeds from the burger sales will benefit the Recreation and Community Services Department.
