VIDEO: Food Drive for the Holidays
Foothill Unity Center recently fed more than 1,600 needy families at the Arboretum. They hope to brighten more kids' lives with their Holiday Food Drive.
Foothill Unity Center, based in Monrovia and Pasadena, recently held a food drive in Arcadia, creating a line around the block at the all day long. Known for also helping with job placement and transportation, Foothill freely distributed delicious meals to people in need.
The organization, founded in 1980 and incorporated as a non-profit in 1991, is currently taking donations for their annual Holiday Food Drive. In addition to providing meals, they hope to distribute toys and clothes to more than 3,500 children. To find out more information on how you can help, check out their website.
