Gary Boyer, Neighbor

As a resident of Glendora for over 30 years, I have seen a lot of changes in the area. My wife Kathy & I first moved to Glendora by accident in 1981 and we fell in love with the community and have called it home ever since. Both of our sons grew up here, went away to college and moved back to Glendora which is a very strong pattern amongst young adults in Glendora. While Kathy spent 30 years as a mortgage professional, she now works side by side with me at Southland Properties to make sure she's close by so she doesn't  miss any opportunity to spend time with our Grandkids.

My son Daniel is my partner in Southland Properties and has been ever since graduating from UC Santa Barbara. He and his wife Lori, who is a counselor for GUSD call Glendora home as well with their 2 children, Tessa and Derek.

My son Travis has taken advantage of the economic downturn to return to school to pursue a medical career. His wife Karrie runs a local mortgage office, Gateway Mortgage also located in the Village and they along with their son, Jacob, also call Glendora home.
